Chad’s passion is to help others understand their story, explore its purpose and their role in their story, and to recognize that hope and peace can be found. Through Cognitive-Behavioral modeled therapy, Chad helps individuals recognize ways of thinking, motivation, or behavior that negatively impact their lives to help them increase their coping skills and confidence in their circumstances. Through SYMBIS and his Level 1 training in Gottman Method, Chad helps couples develop a sound relationship through developing positive relationship dynamics while learning to recognize negative dynamics that interfere with their relationship. Where ethically appropriate, he integrates Christian spirituality into his counseling.

Chad recognizes God as the Author of his story, which includes a relationship with Jesus Christ, the source of his peace, hope, and joy. He also finds joy in being outdoors and when teaching a variety of topics.
