As a counselor, Hannah’s main desire is to be a catalyst for restoration. With her faith as her foundation, she believes that hope and peace can be found in any situation. Hannah hopes to aid others in overcoming the painful challenges of life through embracing their own unique purpose and identity.

Primarily using existential and person centered counseling models together with empathy and the therapeutic relationship, Hannah believes she can help others find joy, hope and peace. For young children, she uses the Child-Centered Play Therapy model. This model provides children with a safe, accepting space to process and display emotions related to all types of issues (i.e. trauma, behavior, social skills, development).  With couples, Hannah desires to encourage a deeper understanding of an “US” identity using research-based techniques as a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator and a PREP-Certified Counselor. She also leverages her Level 1 Training with The Gottman Institute.  Hannah’s other clinical specialties involve working with individuals experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, and family and social relationships.

Hannah’s personal interests include everything related to dance as well as her love for cooking and baking.
